A moment of pride — Madelyn LaVella, 8th grade scholarship winner
Madelyn was named a contest winner and awarded a $500 scholarship to Morris Catholic High School for her piece “Underwater Fantasy.”
We are proud to recognize Madelyn LaVella, an 8th-grade student at Holy Spirit School, for her outstanding achievement in the arts. Madelyn was recently named a contest winner and has been awarded a $500 scholarship to Morris Catholic High School in recognition of her exceptional work.
Her piece, “Underwater Fantasy,” reflects not only her artistic talent but also her creativity, imagination, and dedication to her craft. Through her work, Madelyn demonstrates the values we strive to instill in all of our students — hard work, perseverance, and the courage to share one’s gifts with others.
