Holy Spirit School admits students all year, as seats allow. There is no deadline to miss and no application fee to lose — but PreK–3 and PreK–4 fill first, and the earlier a family starts, the more choice they have about the schedule.
We would rather you called with a question than not applied because of one.
Three steps, and we walk you through each one
Visit on a school day
Tours run every Tuesday morning through the school year. You will see real classrooms mid‑lesson, not a staged open house. Come before you fill anything in.
Send the application
One form, your child’s records, and the Baptismal certificate where it applies. Email the office and we will send you everything you need, in the order you need it.
Settle the tuition
Choose a payment schedule, ask about parish rates and aid, and we handle uniforms, lunch and child care before the first bell. Tuition is billed over 12 months.
Gather these once, and the rest is a phone call.
Nothing here is unusual, and nothing has to arrive all at once. Send what you have, and the office will tell you what is still outstanding — no family has ever been turned away for a missing form.
Homeschooling families: bring the work your child has done. Placement looks at what your child knows, not only the year they were born.
There is no deadline. There is a queue.
Admission is rolling, so an application is considered when it arrives. What changes through the year is how much room is left — and in the preschool years, that is the whole question.

Families of every background are welcome, and always have been. Religion is taught every day and students attend Mass and Adoration with the school — we are clear about that from the first conversation, not the last.
No, but it changes the rate.
Families registered at Holy Spirit Parish pay less than the published rates. The office will tell you exactly what your year looks like either way.

Parish rates, multi‑child discounts, awards and payment schedules exist for this. Ask for the principal, and the conversation stays between you and the principal.
