A day you can plan around, from seven in the morning to six at night.
Working parents built this schedule with us. Morning care opens before most commutes and afternoon care runs until six, so the day fits around a job rather than the other way round.
Assignments are posted online. Grades 4 through 8 work in Google Classroom; the younger grades post to the homework site.

The uniform says your child is a member of the Holy Spirit community. It also takes one distraction out of the morning and evens out the differences between children that clothing otherwise announces.

Gym days
From week twoPhysical education begins the second full week of school. On gym day children come dressed for it, and sweatshirts may be worn in the classroom.
Child care
PreK–4 to Gr. 8Morning and afternoon care on site, staffed by people your child sees all day. There is no morning or afternoon care for PreK–3 students.
When the weather turns, we follow Pequannock Township. Usually.
Closures, delayed openings and early dismissals normally match Pequannock Township, but there are occasions when we close and the township does not. Check the alert at the top of the school site before you decide.
Set up your contacts with the Access ID and password issued to you, and tell the office whenever an address or telephone number changes. In doubt on the morning, call 973‑835‑5680.
Daily Mass at the parish is 8:30, half an hour after drop‑off.
The church is next door at 318 Newark‑Pompton Turnpike. Holy Spirit Parish offers Mass at 8:30 every weekday morning, so a parent can leave a child at the school door at 8:00 and be in a pew by half past. Adoration follows on Tuesday, and our own school Mass is Friday at 8:30 with the children serving.

Class parties, the Legacy Gala, the golf outing, the lunch line, the scorer’s table at a Crusader game. Every volunteer working with children completes the diocesan clearance requirements first; the office will walk you through it.
