New procedure for reporting absences
Absences must be reported to the main office with a reason, by voicemail or email.
Parents are required to report their child’s absence to the main office and include a reason for the absence. If before school hours, a message can be left on the school voicemail or the absence can be reported by email to the office.
If you are in contact with your child’s teacher about the absence, please also include the nurse and the main office staff in your correspondence.
If you have not called or emailed your child’s absence, you will receive a phone call confirming it that day.
